Shipping ♥

We provide worldwide Registered Shipping with Insurance and track and trace number. We will ship within 24 hours of payment. Once your item is shipped you will receive a confirmation notice with your track and trace number.
You can expect the goods within 1 to 2 weeks of payment.

Refunds and Exchanges ♥

Should you be unhappy with any item you receive from loloandlulu, if it does not fit to your liking, or you want an exchange or refund for whatever reason, we are willing to honour this.
As long as the goods are returned with original tags in place and unworn we will gladly refund you or exchange the goods minus the shipping cost.
